How I Use AI Today

From occasional AI use to a personal working system.

"I do not consider myself an AI expert. I am an HR professional who became curious about what AI could do, started using it in my own workflows, and eventually started building projects to explore that question further."

My interest in artificial intelligence developed partly because I began integrating it into my own daily organization. Using platforms like ChatGPT, I have experimented with organizing my emails, calendars, reminders, personal records, job applications, and daily summaries.

Instead of manually opening and checking multiple sources one by one, AI-assisted workflows have significantly reduced the amount of repetitive checking, information gathering, and administrative organization I perform manually.

HUMAN REVIEW
Human Decision

AI helps reduce the amount of repetitive information handling required before I can make a decision.

Structured Research: The Stock Market Use Case

I am also interested in stock-market investing and use AI as a structured research and information-management tool. I can define criteria and information sources that I want followed—such as market information, company announcements, disclosures, and portfolio information.

AI-assisted workflows consolidate this data into structured summaries for my review. The final investment decision always remains mine. This demonstrates the core principle I want to apply to HR: AI supports decision-making; it does not remove human accountability.

Connecting this experience to Human Resources

"My interest in AI started with a practical HR question: how can technology help us manage more work without losing the human side of Human Resources?"

As an HR professional, I understand how much time can be consumed by employee records, documentation, recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, policy checks, compliance, approvals, and repetitive administrative processes.

My personal experience using AI led me to ask: "If AI and well-designed systems can reduce repetitive administrative work for one person, how far could the same principles be applied to an HR department supporting hundreds or eventually thousands of employees?"

"I am not trying to replace HR with AI. I am exploring how AI can give HR professionals more capacity to focus on people, judgment, leadership and meaningful work."
